there are many reasons why one would choose to build an earthship.as you learn more about what they have to offer these reasons become more and more obvious. rising utlity cost,a big government growing more every day,polution on a mass scale,and a growing need to move away from limited resources.these are but a very few reasons why some one would want to build an earthship for there family.what ever your personal beliefs about the current state of the world,building and living in an earthship can and will reduce alot of the stress that comes from the day to day rat race for survival in this world. for those who are believers in the 2012 idea this would be a great idea for survival. there will be some links for people to learn more about earthships and all they have to offer on another page as well as some pics of various earthships for you to look at. inspite of the fact they are made form about 80% recycled materials and use things like tires,bottles,cans and ect. when they are all done you wouldn't be able to tell. |
